Lane Furniture business in Tupelo is expanding its operations and will add 186 roles, the Mississippi Development Authority said.Eighty-five of the new employees required to extend production already have been added.The extra employees will bring the organization's work to 2,051.
Lane makes an array of items, containing recliners, cedar and house entertainment furniture. To help with the enlargement, Lane utilised the Existing Makers Job Discount Program.
Based in Tupelo, Lane belongs to Furniture Brands International, owner of Broyhill, Thomasville, Drexel Heritage and Maitland Smith.
