Career of a women and balancing it up

So many girls today find it tough to balance career and family life.Is it any surprise that eight out of ten girls today would rather stay at home to look after their family full-time? It is apparent that working ladies that are stressed and sad aren't alone in the thinking. So what's causing this change from the thinking that we will be able to "have it all " to we do not need it all? It may be that the bulk of working girls today are finding they are doing extra duty.

The average career ladies will work forty hours a week outside of the home, then come home and look after domestic obligations. These obligations include washing, dishes, picking up after the family and cooking dinner. When you hear the majority of domestic obligations in the home are still done by girls today, you might imagine we haven't made as much progress as we think. So where is the help? Again, we find that perspectives haven't changes much when it comes down to who is accountable for these obligations.

The angle of the bulk of men today is that housework is still "woman's work". This isn't to claim that our progressive male counterparts are slipping into sexist thinking.Rather, this is just how things have frequently been done. Even the generation growing up now is seeing mummies who work and look after the house. So what else could be gleaned by a young kid apart from that's the way that it's supposed be? Sadly , this only fosters the self-perpetuating cycle of working mums who are overworked.

Are their changes on the horizon? Well we are only left with so many options in this problem. One of our options is utilise our standing as pro working girls to gain some equal footing at home. Asking nicely or making progressive ideas about most likely splitting up some of the housework between all the family might go a good way if done the correct way. Another possibility is to take some things off your plate. If you're a working parent and its just starting to be too much, perhaps you are in a finance position that will permit you to work only part-time, or not . Some couples might start both working outside the home and saving, that way, when a tiny one does come along, one parent ( does not necessarily need to be the other half ) can be home full or part-time.

In any case, we as working ladies must find some way to balance our private lives - whether our commitments are to college, family, or volunteering - with our career goals. Getting shot of the strain of being overwhelmed will permit for a much more fit productive life.
