
It's a good vehicle, a faithful vehicle but the Pontiac does not have a place within the mission of the organization in this very tough market place. It's a sad end for one of America's widely recognized "muscle car " brands. Naturally everyone knows that Pontiacs can't talk, but how would the GM staff who worked on the Pontiac answer the same question? Could they are saying that they saw it coming? Remember it was only the end of last year when GM's management announced that if they didn't receive financial assistance from the governing body that roles would be lost. Guess what?Jobs are still going to be lost. In reality as well as terminating the Pontiac brand, GM also recounted they were getting rid of 21,000 more roles before the end of 2010.
Two. Start scanning the environment and building new job abilities that are in demand. Look within your current company and then look within your industry in total. Learn all about the direction of your industry and where you fit.
