Are you performing for company or just making your boss happy?

Often we fool ourselves into believing that we are working for a bright career. As organizational imperatives and demands start growing, a worker is stuck in the absurdity of whether he is working for his director, the organization, himself or better still just money. I have profiled the characters of folks that attempt to fit themselves into any of these self limiting enclosures.

Working for the Administrator
People who work for their administrator are blinded by their capability to suck up to their chief and restricted by creativeness and potential of their boss. They dare not to rise above or confront with better concepts thanks to the fear of risking an increment or worse losing their job. The Manager here becomes the organization's goal as well as the workers' only sacrament.

Working for the Organization
The dedicated worker who attempts for the betterment of his organization and proudly thinks of his workplace to be his second home is adored by all to the head of the order. He's obsessed and unearths a high sense of possession and liability to his organization's performance. In a few cases job security holds the key to his dedication, in other cases his comfort level with others in the organization. His organizational goals rise way higher than his private goals many a times at the price of his private life. If careless others can take such folk for a ride.
