One of the roles of an executive is to study the job performance of the firm's workers. These performance reviews are meant to identify performance issues so that they can be corrected, as well as to spot workers that are excelling in their job. Step one - Review the Situation Before You Meet

Step three - Go Over your worries
Since the intention of the meeting is to mend performance issues you are going to need to go over your issues. You will wish to explain what your worries are and give express examples of what you're talking about. You may then give your worker the chance to explain the difficulty or to bare the reason behind their shortage of incentive.
