One of the roles of an executive is to study the job performance of the firm's workers. These performance reviews are meant to identify performance issues so that they can be corrected, as well as to spot workers that are excelling in their job. If you've a worker that's not meeting their allotments or that's not doing as good a job as they should then you want to plan a meeting with them. This meeting will talk about the problem and brainstorm concepts for making improvements to the situation.

Step one - Review the Situation Before You Meet
Before you meet with a worker which has not passed their job performance analysis you want to review their file and the situation. What you'll be attempting to find are possible reasons why their performance is lacking. As an example, they might have missed a large amount of work, they could have had an injury or their angle might have been the catalyzing agent for the issues. As well as identifying possible reasons for the low productiveness or poor performance, you may also need to identify examples of issues or poor performance.

Step 2 - Begin with the Positive
Meeting with the manager is threatening and stressful. If you start the meeting off with the incontrovertible points that you found in the performance assessment then you set a more positive tone for the remainder of the meeting.If there are only some positives to work with you can reach back to prior years for examples of what you like about the worker.

Step three - Go Over your worries
Since the intention of the meeting is to mend performance issues you are going to need to go over your issues. You will wish to explain what your worries are and give express examples of what you're talking about. You may then give your worker the chance to explain the difficulty or to bare the reason behind their shortage of incentive.
