MENA companies concentrate on local talent

Most of the firms in the MENA (Middle East and North Africa) region have planned to recruit more local folks, based on the most recent survey results. Whereas 48.5% of the participants over the province indicated that the firm they work for sticks to a localization hiring policy, more than 47% respondents whispered that the search for local talent is unexpectedly proving to be tricky, based on the survey.
